Today we talk about our tips and tricks when we go shopping... my biggest concern is stick to whole foods. Stay away from packaged processed foods. Sure, every once and a while treat yourself but in moderation.
I love to shop at my local Farmer's Market - everything is fresh and in season tastes best. Go an hour before they are closing up and I often get deals...I love my vendors!
You can also buy day old produce from many grocery stores and there is nothing wrong with that! They often give it away as well. You don't know unless you ask.
Whatever you do, keep it fresh. Your mind and body will thank you.
