Ok, I think this idea is golden...make a meal with the intention of using the leftovers for something else.
Neat Loaf. In the Air Fryer. Serve with sides of mashed potatoes and veggies.
Enough said.
Here's My Recipe:
1 # soy burger
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots
2 minced cloves
2 tbsp tamari
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1/4 cup rolled oats
Fresh sage to taste
Black Pepper to taste
6 ounces soy yogurt
Almond milk
Mix all the loaf ingredients together and add enough almond milk to stick together- form a loaf. Put in the Air Fryer and bake according to directions.
